1. Eligibility for Exchange
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Custom-made or altered items cannot be exchanged.
2. Exchange Process
Email or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for exchange.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return shipment process.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll send your replacement item or issue store credit (as applicable).
3. Shipping & Handling
If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
For size or preference-based exchanges, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. Important Notes
Ensure the parcel is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
